  • How can I pick up the car?

    You reservation is immediately communicated to relevant office and the most suitable Hizir Rent a car for you is prepared. It is enough to visit the office with your reservation details.

  • How can I return the car?

    It will be enough for you to visit the station that you have selected in advance with the car at the end of your renting period. You can deliver the car to any Trends station you want. However please ask the one-way direction fee to be applied in case the pick up station and return station are located in different cities. You can contact with our authorized representatives by calling the phone number that was given to you for any question and problem that you might have throughout the rental period.

  • Would I certainly receive the car that I reserved?

    Reservations are made as group based and therefore no brand guarantee is given. If there is not any available car in the group, for which you made a reservation, a car from a higher segment will be rented at the same price.

  • What are required to sign the agreement?

    Your driver’s license (if you are coming from abroad, you must also present your passport), your credit card, address and phone details are written to the agreement by our staff. You must certainly ask for a copy of the signed rental agreement, which indicates the amount of rent and deposit that you have paid.

  • Can I rent a car with a credIt card that was Issued for another person?

    Unfortunately, you cannot rent a car with the credit card of another person. The credit card holder must certainly be with you in the office when renting the car.

  • Can my friends drive the car?

    The car can only be driven by any person other than the person that has rented the car, in case driver's license details of additional drivers are indicated in the rental agreement and relevant additional driver fee is paid. Otherwise and/or in case of any accident, all assurances will be deemed void and both the renting person and the driver will be held individually and jointly responsible.

  • Are there mileage limits In your cars?

    In case of daily rents, there is not any restriction on mileage. Mileage limit is applied for monthly car rentals. For more details, please contact with our reservation center.

  • What Is your pricing policy?

    We have a dynamic and varying price policy, depending on the demand and intensity in the relevant region.

  • Is any payment method other than credit card acceptable In Trends and what are the conditions for credit cards?

    Credit card is requested for all rents to be made from Trends. Payment methods other than credit card, such as cash, debit card, virtual card, notes, etc. are not accepted. The reason for requesting credit card is the capability to collect traffic fines, highway toll fees, rent extension requests, damage costs, etc. that might occur throughout the rental period. We also have a double credit card practice for higher segment cars. For more details, please contact with our reservation center.

  • I have reserved a car for a period less than 24 hours. How much will I pay?

    Since minimum rental period is 24 hours, at least one day rate is collected.

  • When the deposit that was received at the beginning of rent will be refunded?

    When your rental period expires, your deposit is refunded by Trends. This amount is reflected to your account within 3-5 business days due to internal communication procedures of the banks. In case rental fee is paid by a foreign credit card, the duration of reflection of refund to the account would be 10-15 business days.

  • In case of a traffic fine, how It must be paid?

    If traffic fine is imposed to a Turkish Republic ID, the driver of the car must pay it. In case traffic fine is registered to the license plate, it is paid as discounted as soon as the fine is notified to us and then the amount is charged to the credit card of our customer. Simultaneously, the service fee applicable for the traffic fine is also charged.

  • In case of a traffic accident, do you charge for the days, during which the car Is repaired?

    No, we don't. However the car must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs or legal speed limits must not be exceeded. Otherwise the driver shall be held responsible for all damages. In case of any accident, an accident, theft and alcohol measurement reports must be received by applying to the closest police or gendarmerie station without changing location the car. Otherwise all purchased invoices will be deemed void and all damages that have occurred, including pecuniary and non-pecuniary losses of third parties, will be compensated by the person that has rented the car.

  • What must I do In case of an accident?

    You must apply to the closest police or gendarmerie station without changing location of the car and call Trends Car

Important Information
 
1- DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE LIMITATIONS
 
At least 21 years of age drivers with one year driving license may rent;
• B, C, D, S class cars,
 
At least 25 years of age drivers with 2 years driving license may rent;
• E, F, G, T, H, I, R, J class cars,
 
At least 27 years of age drivers with 3 years driving license may rent;
• L, M, N, O, K, W, X, Z, P class cars.
 
2- RENTAL PERIODS AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day). 
 
3- INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED SERVICES
Optional Liability Insurance, Mini Damage Waiver, Unlimited kilometers and KDV is included in prices. Fuel oil, Personal Accident Insurance, One-Way Fee, Baby Seat Fee, Navigation Device, Additional Driver Fee, Bluetooth Car Kit Fee, Bridges and Toll Card Usages will be calculated separately. Vehicles are delivered with full fuel tank or empty fuel tank. In case cars are returned with missing or empty fuel tank, fuel differences and service fee is charged. Delivery vehicles to customers are made with full and empty tank or gas. In return the car with a missing or empty fuel tank, fuel differences, together with service fee. In case cars are returned with exess in fuel tank, the differences are refunded. You can get detailed information from our rental locations.
 
4- ONE WAY RENTAL FEE
Incase the vehicle is delivered to another Trends Rent a Car location or city (if the distance is more than 30 kms) one way drop fee is charged. Please ask for detailed pricing by calling +90 544 344 5353  Trends Rent a Car call center.
 
5- ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
2 drivers can be added to the rental agreement without any additional fee. However all the drivers must be eligible to rental conditions stated above.  
 
6- DELIVERY AND RETURN
Cars can be picked up and dropped off at Trends Rent a Car locations. If flight information is provided cars can be returned to airports. Please contact us for the locations that we do not have office.
 
7- LATE DELIVERY
All rentals are calculated by 24 hours periods. In case car is delivered more than 2 hours late, one day extra rental fee is charged.
 
8- PAYMENT
The lessee pays rental fee, tax and other expenses by credit card on www.trendsrentacar.com website. At the time of rental a deposit amount will be hold considering the total rental fee. This deposit amount will be cleared at the end of rental period and necessary expenses will be subtracted. The lessee may not pay his debts accrued by this agreement. Payments are done by cash and in full. The lessee agrees and warrants paying the interest applied to one year's time deposits for payment delays over the unpaid amount. Daily rental is 24 hours, weekly rentals are 7 days and monthly rentals are calculated as 30 days. 3 hours delays in return calculated as one full day.
  
9- TRAFFIC FINES
The lessee is responsible for the traffic fines and damage that may occur during towing the vehicle. Rental for the period to elapse therefore shall be paid to the lessor in full.
 
10- IMPORTANT NOTES
In case of an accident or car theft, please do not move the car, get an accident and alcohol report by calling police or gendarmerie and call +90 544 344 5353 for our Call Center (7/24) and inform us regarding the accident. Otherwise all insurances will be void and all the loss including third party tangible and intangible damages will be charged from lessee. Insurance Conditions

Important warning !

In case of any damages, you must notify your traffic police or traffic gendarme teams without moving your vehicle from the accident site in order for your insurance to be valid and you need to get an accident report and an alcohol report.

In the case of traffic accidents involving more than one vehicle resulting only in property damage, "accidentally damaged property identification log" may be issued if the accidents are understood by the way the accident occurred.

The obligations of the lessor will be terminated when the above items are met and delivered to the Trends Car office.

If the report is not kept, the lessor is obliged to pay all the damages of the crashed vehicle and the damage caused to the environment.

DAMAGE TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT MEET

If the lessor is found to be using alcohol and other drugs

The traffic insurances of the vehicles in Trends Car are secured by the EUROPA insurance side.

Rental of Trends Car's vehicles is insured by insurance insurance companies EUROPA.
